MODEL REQUIREMENTS:

You must make attempts to interact with members and other models in our forums.
8) You must agree that you will not promote yourself through this site for work outside the site. No personal info such as, but not limited to, emails, instant messenger ID's, phone numbers, or address are to be given out during live chats or in the forums. We are not that strict but we must keep all model and member interaction on the site in order to stay in operation.

SALARY AND JOB DESCRIPTION FOR LIVE VIDEO CHAT
Model’s salary for member chats starts at $60 per 45-minute chat and increases to $80 per chat after you have completed five chats for us. The member chats are available for all members of the site to view and we try to keep them fun with lots of tease, posing and flexing, and plenty of interaction with the members in the chatroom. These member chats are archived and offered for download on the site, so it is best if you have a high quality webcam and a fast computer so that the archive quality is the best it can be. We do our own live chats using a Sony HD camcorder as the webcam so that we can offer the archives in high definition. That is one of the ways we try to distinguish ourselves from other chat sites which offer small, poor quality archives. If you own or have access to a camcorder and can record the chat in that way, we offer a $40 bonus for each chat once we receive the DV tape containing the chat recording.
You determine the type of chats you will do. Each model is free to determine the degree of nudity or explicitness in his own chats. "Whatever the model is comfortable doing" is our policy. Some may wish to have strictly non-nude chats, while others may be comfortable with nudity and some degree of sexual explicitness.
SCALING SALARY: Higher pay is determined by popularity, quality, dependability, character, activeness and interaction through our forums, and overall value to the site. We know from experience that some models are going to be more valuable than others and we believe that an above average model should earn more than an average model. Your hard work will pay off if you take this job seriously.
Earn even money through our PPV LIVE CAMS: If you wish to make more money right away, you can do the Pay-Per-View (PPV) cams as well. You set your own PPV rates per minute and you keep 60% of the total. You can also do private one-on-one PPV chats at a higher per minute rate. Since our PPV chats are just getting started, we would suggest that you schedule a time when you would be online and we will include that information on the homepage so that people would know when to tune in to see your PPV show. Also, if you have fans or contacts from previous web appearances, you should promote yourself in order to boost the attendance at your PPV chats and increase traffic to the site.
VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY MODELS
We are also looking for models for video shoots and still photography. Video and still photo shoots may include workout, posing and/or intimate content, to be determined by the model and our staff. We are aiming to create tasteful sensuality in our video and photo productions. Exact content will depend on the model's level of comfort with various types of videos or photos. Salary for these shoots varies, depending on the type of photos/videos being shot, but our rates are competitive with those of other similar sites. Apply through the talent form to get started.
